4 New Stores Coming to Dunwoody Village (FirstWatch, Taggart’s, Mojo Burrito, Cafe at Pharr)

Below is an excerpt from an email I received yesterday from the leasing manager for Dunwoody Village (thanks Matt!)

1.) FirstWatch – The Daytime Cafe

This week, we signed a lease with FirstWatch – The Daytime Cafe, a popular breakfast restaurant throughout the Midwest and East Coast of the United States. Specifically, FirstWatch is known for fresh ingredients and second-to-none customer service. They will be open for breakfast, brunch and lunch with a menu that includes waffles, omelets, crepes and skillet hashes. I actually worked next door to a FirstWatch for several years; the food is fantastic and it has a clean and charming atmosphere. This will be the first newly-constructed (non-conversion) store in the Atlanta market, and Dunwoody residents should be proud that FirstWatch chose the Village to build out a new restaurant.

2.) Taggart’s Driving School

Another quality addition to the Village. Based in Tucker, Taggart’s has been serving the Atlanta market since 1953! We anticipate many Dunwoody residents will utilize this new location for driver education and traffic safety classes. It’s a very convenient location for Dunwoody teens to take their pre-test driving courses, and we are excited to have such a well-known company brandishing their logo on our property!

3.) Mojo Burrito
We recently signed a lease with a fast-casual Mexican/Southwest restaurant concept called Mojo Burrito. They currently have three stores in Chattanooga and this will be their first location in the Atlanta market. I’ve personally tasted their food, and it’s delicious. But what really makes them so special is their desire to engrain themselves into the local community. They serve as a creative output of local artists, photographers and designers with much of the artwork displayed inside the restaurant. We are thrilled to have them at Dunwoody Village and I’m certain the Dunwoody community will rally around them!

4.) Cafe at Pharr
Atlanta’s premier Cafe is spreading its wings to Dunwoody! Cafe at Pharr, an Atlanta staple that opened its first location in Buckhead in 1993, has jumped on board to offer Dunwoody the best chicken salad sandwich around. This will be their sixth location in Atlanta, and Dunwoody Village is an ideal location for their lunch offering. For those of you who have not yet tried their food, you will not be disappointed. My personal recommendation – the Curry Chicken Salad Sandwich with their notorious yogurt roll puff pastry on the side.
