In addition to their signature and seasonal offerings, Executive Chef Jason Stern is serving a special three-course, prix fixe menu for $90 beginning Wednesday, February 14th to Sunday, February 18th. With an easygoing, clubhouse-inspired atmosphere, diners are invited to sit back and relax and start their meal with spinach artichoke dip or a scallop, carrot puree, shaved fennel and pistachio appetizer, or opt for the choice of a salad or soup. Known for their pasta dishes and new American cuisine, mains include butternut squash agnolotti; steak and potatoes; and scallops with Carolina Gold Rice Grits, baby shrimp and pickled jalapeños. Finally, guests can end the evening on a sweet note with Boone’s blueberry crumble dessert. The Valentine’s Day prix fixe dinner is $90 per person plus tax and gratuity.
